What is the Regional Juried Exhibition?
The Regional Juried Exhibition is an annual showcase celebrating the rich artistic talent and cultural identity of Southeast Missouri and the surrounding five-state region. Hosted by the Arts Council of Southeast Missouri, this exhibition invites artists to explore and interpret the people, places, landscapes, traditions, and stories that shape our communities. Through a wide range of artistic styles and mediums, the exhibition offers visitors a unique look at the creativity and diversity found throughout our region.
Can I participate?
The Regional Juried Exhibition is open to all artists 18 years of age and older who reside within the five-state region of Missouri, Illinois, Arkansas, Tennessee, and Kentucky.
All submitted artwork must be original, must not have been previously exhibited at the Arts Council of Southeast Missouri, and must not have appeared in any Arts Council-sponsored juried exhibition. This ensures each exhibition presents fresh work and new perspectives from artists across the region.
We encourage all eligible artists to participate in the Regional Juried Exhibition as an opportunity to showcase their work, gain recognition, connect with fellow artists, and contribute to a vibrant exhibition that celebrates the creativity, culture, and identity of our region.
