The Arts Council of Southeast Missouri hosted an opening reception for the 18th Annual Children's Arts Festival on Friday, February 2 from 4 - 8 pm. The show was displayed until February 24, 2018. The Children's Arts Festival celebrated young artists in grades 3 - 8 from 28 different schools in the southeast Missouri region.
